Leslie Cassingham has been part of the commercial real estate industry for the past 25 years. She has made real estate acquisitions at The Principal Financial Group and managed the Southeast Region Mortgage Loan Team at Lincoln Investment Management (now Delaware Investments). For the past 11 years, she has overseen mortgage production in the southwest United States for New York Life Investments, an integrated asset management company. As Director of the Southwest Regional Office of New York Life Investments’ Real Estate Department, she oversees a regional loan portfolio totaling almost $1.5 billion. Her production team annually originates $300 to $350 million of new commercial loans in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Leslie graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison Business School with a major in Real Estate. She lives in the Dallas area with her husband Scott and their son and daughter. Leslie and her daughter are active in the local chapter of National Charity League. |
