Patricia has worked as a lender, developer and contractor in commercial real estate for more than 30 years. She joined Colorado Business Bank in 2009 and manages the bankís construction and real estate assets.

Prior to joining the bank, Patricia served in executive positions with z/2 Partners (a real estate consulting firm), MacKenzie House (residential and multifamily developer), Continuum Partners (large, mixed-use developer) and Bank One (now JP Morgan Chase). Her responsibilities have included capital procurement, banking and investor relationships, global capital planning, loan origination, loan portfolio management, project management, and asset management.

In her development roles, she secured more than $750 million in financing for land acquisition and construction, including public TIF and PIF financing along with conventional debt and other equity sources. On the banking side, Patricia has been responsible for up to $500 million in active construction and development loans. She also spent 10 years in the commercial construction industry, serving as project manager and financial analyst for a variety of public and private projects.

Patricia earned an MBA in real estate finance and construction management from University of Denver and holds two undergraduate degrees from Black Hills State College in South Dakota.
